The breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. the room was spacious and clean. the location was okay, not too far from the places we wanted to visit.
The staff was not very friendly and seemed bothered by any requests we had. the noise from outside was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep at night.

The location of the hotel is convenient, although there are no shops or restaurants nearby, the hotel is not far from Canazei and it’s on the main street. the rooms are well-kept, clean and with beautiful views of the mountains. the daily breakfast is lovely, with accommodating dietary requirements and the hotel provides many facilities, such as a Turkish bath and sauna, which were nice for relaxation.
The mattress quality needs to improve; it wasn't comfortable for a good night's sleep.

The hotel was very cozy and comfortable, with a nice and clean ambiance. The location was perfect, close to the main village and with easy access to transportation. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with a large selection of tasty options. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
The mattress could have been more comfortable, as it was a bit too firm for our taste. , the ski buses could have been more frequent, as we had to wait for an hour each time we wanted to use them.
